MEP Services

PBS provides a wide range of services related to the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems in our work across London and the Southeast.

Mechanical installation services

This includes design validation, full BIM co-ordination, fabrication offsite and onsite installation, commissioning and maintenance. Installation of full mechanical infrastructure packages, public health services, fire and gas supression systems, ventilation, smoke and other mechanical systems. Public health infrastructure is  a key part of our works and includes the design, installation, and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems, as well as waste disposal systems.

Commissioning services

Includes the testing and verification of MEP systems to ensure that they are installed and operating correctly to specification. Energy efficiency and sustainability are priorities throughout the design, installation, and maintenance process. PBS delivers energy-efficient and sustainable MEP systems.

PPM Maintenance and Repair services

This includes the troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of MEP components and systems to a structured proactive service level and provides a range of reactive responses to urgent issues. We have a wide range of service levels: PBS Maintenance services
