PBS contributions to this landmark development consisted of Stage 4 design Validation, full BIM co-ordination, CDP and Full Mechanical infrastructure package.

PBS successfully fabricated at least one modular utility cupboard for each of the 556 apartments off-site, in addition to all the riser and plant pipework required for integration.

Phase 3A of the former Battersea Power Station development, consisted of 556no. apartments & 35+ retail units spread across three separate buildings consisting of 15 storeys along with 3 basement levels.
