PBS delivered a comprehensive BIM package that encompassed Lead Coordination and the complete production of MEP drawings.

Additionally we contributed full Mechanical and Public Health installation, for which pipework was prefabricated in PBS’s off-site facility located in Croydon

St Michael Square is formed by two towers in West Croydon consisting of 240 Apartments and 5 Retail Units.  

PBS undertook Stage 4 design Validation, CDP and Full Mechanical Installation including Mechanical & Public Health Pipework, AOV, Fire Protection, BMS, Ventilation & Commissioning.

A key contribution was a comprehensive BIM package, which included lead coordination and the production of full MEP drawings.
