PBS carried out a full mechanical & public health pipework installation, shell & core and CAT A fit-out for a new 22,538m² office and retail space in Aldgate East.

PBS provided prefabricated riser modules, boiler skids, and pump skids that were manufactured off-site in our PBS prefabrication yard.

The Rowe is a twelve storey 22,538m² office and retail space in Aldgate East, situated opposite the Whitechapel Gallery.

A six-storey addition has been built above the newly refurbished 60 year old Central House to create new office and flexible workspace.
