Building on the success of the previous phase at South Quay Plaza 1, PBS contributed a full range of expert services to this development. Stage 4 design validation, full BIM co-ordination, CDP and a full mechanical infrastructure package. including – fire & gas suppression, ventilation, smoke systems, mechanical and public health installations and complete insulation.
PBS proceeded with further implementation of our modular multi-purpose utility cupboards.

Additionally, we introduced several plant skids, which included, but were not limited to, pump skids and PHX skids.

South Quay Plaza 4 consists of a 192 metre-high, 56 storey building. This contains nearly 400 private apartments, 2no. duplex, 1no. simplex, 397 units in total.. This is the second of two large towers to be built on the South Quay Plaza site as part of the redevelopment.

The building contains amenity levels and retail spaces. There will be two levels of basement for plant areas and car parking spaces.
