PBS provided the project Stage 4 design Validation, full BIM coordination, CDP and Full Mechanical infrastructure package, including – Mechanical, Public Health installations, AC DX systems and complete insulation.

The development required a pre-fabricated plantroom located on the roof, consisting of Pumps, Pressurisation Unit, Degassers & Side Stream Filters. This was built off-site in our Croydon Factory  & lifted straight into Position

Bankside Yards West 3b is a 19-storey building consisting of 17 office floors. This is the First of 3 buildings to be built on the Western Yards development at Blackfriars. It includes a small Retail Space including Restaurants/Café within the Arches under the building’s frontage.
