PBS contributed a full Mechanical and Electrical fit out to Phase 3B of the Battersea Power Station development.

With the absence of ceilings, making all services visible not only to the occupants but also to the passing public, PBS collaborated closely with the client and the architect.

Together, we meticulously crafted a highly coordinated model that faithfully captured the client’s vision. This concerted effort was essential to guarantee the successful realisation of this concept on-site.

Phase 3B of the prestigious Battersea Power Station project continued PBS’s meticulous design and the highest standards of fit-out works.

This project consisted of Stage 4 design Validation, full BIM co-ordination, CDP and Full Mechanical & Electrical Cat a Fit-Out package consisting of 13 storeys of high end fit out works including 330+ FCU’s, 75no. MVHR’s & 2600+ light fittings.
