PBS delivered a comprehensive BIM package, which included lead coordination and the production of full MEP drawings.

Additionally, we fabricated modular riser pipework off-site, and we also prefabricated a packaged plantroom comprising Boiler Skids and Pump Skids at our PBS off-site facility.

The Edward Street Quarter is a mixed use complex consisting of 168 Apartments, 3 Commercial Offices and 8 Retail Outlets in Brighton.

PBS undertook the Stage 3 D&B Full Design and Full Mechanical Installation including Mechanical & Public Health Pipework, AOV, Fire Protection, BMS, Ventilation & Commissioning.
