PBS replaced the LTWH and BCWS system, in this prestigious, refurbished residential development in Fulham.

Because of the complexity of the development, including the presence of old existing systems and being an occupied building, PBS proved it’s skill and flexibility in providing various unique and customised solutions.

PBS carried out the full package on this development, including our forté of design validation for mechanical and public health systems, along with fire stopping, electrical, builders work whilst the building was substantially occupied.
